Each year, Tropics Software Technologies hosts the annual Users’ Conference at a beautiful resort in Southwest Florida. All clients are invited to attend and participate in the information sessions, software workshops and after-hour fun! This unique opportunity allows for unique two way communication between Tropics’ users and our expert staff, helping to guide and influence future software developments. This can’t miss event happens annually in October, and reservations are required. Check back soon for the official announcement of 2013 dates and location.
Our opening night reception is a welcome that is sure to please! This outdoor reception offers a wonderful atmosphere in which to enjoy a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres while getting acquainted with the Tropics Team and fellow guests. Dress Code is Island Casual.
Be ready to jump into the heart of the conference on Wednesday and Thursday. We will not only update you on the latest Tropics product information and best practices, but also allow you to explore strategic topics determined annually based on industry trends and software developments. There is no better way to keep you informed and on the cutting edge of your technology investment, and your business!
Our valuable workshops with Tropics experts give Users a chance for hands on guidance for real time solutions and answers to questions.
A social highlight of the conference is the evening banquet, held in a private dining room at the resort. The event offers the ideal setting in which to reminisce and unite in the spirit and camaraderie of the conference. The semi-formal dress and rich atmosphere is enhanced by a fully catered buffet dinner, cocktails, music, and entertainment!
Set in a tropical island paradise, Sarasota is one of Florida’s premier beach vacation destinations. During the conference we offer group activities such as bike rides, beach volleyball, kayaking, and golf. If you prefer free time, within a six-mile radius of the resort you will find miles of white sand beaches, shopping, dining, entertainment, golf and tennis. And with the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop, Sarasota has something for everyone to enjoy during the conference.
