Tropics Welcomes new Team Members
Sarasota, FL, November 14, 2012 – Tropics Software Technologies, a leader in the workers’ compensation software industry, is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to the sales team.
Paul Alberty, TST’s new Director of Business Development, recently relocated to Florida from northeast Ohio. Paul brings with him 29 years of related experience, 16 years in software and professional services sales and 13 years in applications development. Paul specializes in the ability to align a customer’s business goals and needs with Tropics solutions, and is excited to have the opportunity to expand Tropics’ presence into new markets. In his role, Paul will be responsible for working with the TST team and suite of Tropics products to grow market share for the company in the Western United States.
Nicole Kurz, TST’s new Sales & Marketing Coordinator, joins the team with 10 years of experience of Sales and Marketing for a variety of businesses and clients. Most recently she ran the local chapter of a national not for profit, increasing the presence in the community and resulting in significant gains in fundraising revenue. In Nicole’s new role she will be responsible for working with the TST team to refine the marketing plan, assist with sales and lead generation, and will plan and execute company special events including the annual Users Conference. When asked what she is most excited about in her new role, Nicole responded “working with this incredible team to really get the word out about the great workers’ compensation system and solutions we offer.”
