Tropics is happy to announce that Len Rodkey has accepted the position of Director of System Deployment at TST.  Len comes to TST with an impeccable set of credentials. She has extensive experience in  data analytics,  business intelligence, business process improvement, compliance, and information systems implementation areas with 14+ years concentration in Workers' Compensation working for Riscorp, Zenith, Unisource, and Guarantee Insurance in the capacity of several high level operational and information technology management positions.  Len has earned her BS degree from the University of Tampa, her MBA from Florida State University, and Masters in Information Systems from the University of South Florida. She has an active All Lines License for the state of Florida and is a member of the Sarasota Bradenton Claims Association as well as the Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals.  Len’s background, experience,  exemplary work ethics, and great skills will be of great asset to the TST team as she lends her expertise to the build and enhancement of our new system deployment process.
