Jonathan Chan has been promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Jonathan has made valuable contributions to the Tropics systems during his tenure and has gained in depth knowledge of several workers’ compensation processes and methods. With this promotion, Jonathan will become more involved in analysis and design of the systems and the conversion to .NET.

Lorna Fleener has been promoted to Product Support Analyst. Throughout her 5 years with the company, Lorna has been a valuable resource to Tropics’ clients and staff; working on client issues including requests, training, upgrades and installs as well as training internal staff members. With this promotion, Lorna will become more involved in project management as well as learning the Enterprise product.

Peter Burroughs has been promoted to Senior Product Support Technician. Peter has been with the company just over a year and during this time frame he has become a valuable asset to not only the support department, but also to Tropics’ sales and marketing initiatives. With this promotion, Peter will become more involved in analysis of claims enhancement requests, project management, training documentation for clients and staff, as well as advancing his PL/SQL skills.
