The free upgrade, which is part of TST’s commitment to its clients for continual upgrade and maintenance of Tropics software, is now available to all Policy Standard Version 3.1 clients. The version joins the other Tropics workers’ compensation insurance software – Tropics Policy Enterprise Administration system, Tropics Claims Administration system and WebTropics.
With this release, TST is providing over 30 free enhancements to its clients. One of the most important enhancements, the reengineered rating module, makes insurance rating easier for companies operating in multiple states. Additionally, TST is providing the following optional features with this release:
- Online payroll entry which allows self-billing policyholders to enter payroll online and pay their invoices online
- Automatic email notification for policy termination, invoices and payment reminders
- Automatic posting of policies in PDF format to agency and policyholder web pages upon creation or endorsement to any policy.
