In recent years, PERMA has expanded services to meet the unique challenges of self-insured and group workers’ compensation programs. Therefore, they needed to find a robust and flexible claims system to fit their specialized requirements. After evaluating 10 vendors through an exhaustive due diligence process, the selection committee chose the Tropics systems as the best match.
