The task of leadership is not to put greatness into people, but to elicit it, for the greatness is there already. – John Buchan

Between reviewing software specs and picking apart screens, he enjoys fine wine, road biking, boating, traveling, good food, and hanging out with his buddies over a cold beer.
Chief Operating Officer
Between managing the operations of the business & improving processes, you’ll probably find him making sawdust in his woodworking shop, fishing in Tampa Bay, or playing with his three kids.
During business hours she’s all business. “By day” she’s the notorious task master (aka Project Manager) for new client installations keeping things on track and pushing ahead … and “by night” she’s a mother (failing miserably in the kitchen), soccer player, walker/runner (dying in the Florida heat) and friend! (Ultra-reliable)
When not working on the latest version of Tropics, Bob enjoys spelunking, collecting Victorian-era steam engines, adding to his massive collection of carcharhiniformes teeth, and is working on the resurrection of the Deus Sol Invictus cult.
In addition to overseeing the functionality of Ocean and Breeze, Claire enjoys making music, listening to music, playing trivia, playing with her 5-year-old daughter, and correcting others’ spelling and grammatical errors.
In between HR and dealing with the ins and outs of the money, she enjoys getting lost in a good book and researching genealogy. Some of the best times are spent with her family though, either traveling somewhere for a quick adventure or comfy on the couch…iPad in one hand and coffee in the other.
When done caring for our clients, she is being spoiled by her husband’s fine cuisine (and works very hard to not look like she enjoys it too much!), traveling year-round to soccer games with her daughter, or enjoying time with family & friends.
During business hours, he stays busy with the sales and marketing of Tropics software, but off the clock he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and their Miniature Goldendoodle puppy. He also likes to stay active, honing his skills on the golf course, playing tennis, and skiing (when not in Florida!).View Full Bio »
When she’s not demo’ing software or training users, Jamie’s climbing the mountains of south Florida on her Lefty mountain bike, catching the draft on her road bike, or taking advantage of the benefit of being a licensed pilot in her family’s plane.

When she’s not finding creative solutions to our clients requests, she’s relaxing with a good book or watching foreign flicks on television. You might also see her finding the beat of the rhythm in Zumba class some evenings!
